● Standard Items purchased at scallywagsclimbing.co.za can be returned to
Scallywags Climbing within 14 days after the original purchase date. After 14 days
we will only accept returns of defective products.

● Sale ; Clearance items do, however, retain their warranty (and can
therefore be eligible for return/refund under warranty)

● We will not accept the return of damages due to negligence or abuse.
● New, unused products/gear must be returned in the same condition you received it in its
original box and/or packaging, including all stickers, labels and manufacturer tags still
attached, where applicable.

● Please take the time to carefully package your returns. We will arrange a pick up from
your address to our workshop.

● Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been

delivered to our workshop.
● If an order is damaged or incomplete (missing parts or items) upon receipt or
collection, please notify us as soon as possible but not later than 7 days afterwards
so that we can arrange for replacing or completing the order as quickly as possible.
We will credit you if we do not have a replacement product.

● We do our very best to stock reputable brands and produce products of the highest
quality. If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by us or the
manufacturer due to defects in its materials or workmanship, please contact us as
soon as possible at info@scallywagsclimbing.com Once this product has been
inspected and replacement approved by us or the manufacturer, we will replace or
credit you at your choice.
