This versatile training tool is made up of five pieces of 20mm thick wooden plates, each with a variety of holds. You can train squeezes ranging from 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100 mm or fit as many fingers as you can into the 6, 8 ,10, 12, 14, and 16 mm pockets. For a focused finger training set, there are 1, 2, and 4 finger pockets that are all at a depth of 16mm. Just enough to let you hang on!
