Training is a deep rabbit hole to go down and there is a lot to dive into, it’s hard to know what to focus on or where to start. Because you are just getting started, we’ll keep it simple for you.
What you get from the Getting Started Climbing Program:
This plan is composed of six individual sessions that you can do in your own time and fit into your schedule. The path to improved climbing performance involves more than just getting stronger.
This plan has three physical sessions, two sessions for technique and one session that focuses on the mental aspects of climbing.
