At Scallywags Climbing, we’re all about the products we offer and the thrill it brings to our customers.
From the second you confirm your order to the moment it arrives at your door, our team is hard at work.
We carefully prepare and pack your items, coordinate with the courier, and keep an eye on the tracking
every step of the way. Your climbing adventure matters to us, and we’re here to make sure it starts off on the right foot.


● International customers are eligible for services provided on this website, but we do not ship
goods internationally.
Scallywags has a flat rate of R150 (within South Africa) on orders and value depending on
item/item combination. The estimated processing and delivery time using economy courier
shipping is approximately 2-3 business days.
● Scallywags online purchases can be shipped nationwide throughout South Africa.
● After your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the
tracking number(s).
● Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your
order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then
visit our “ Returns and Refunds” page.
● Your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like
to return your order, please visit our “Return and Refunds” page.


This option applies where all the products in your order are being held at our physical store.We will
process and pack your order and you will receive an email with instructions when ready for collection
(typically same day unless the order is placed after 4pm). We remain committed to observing the most
